I happen to think that a number of declared "trans-sexuals" are in fact mentally instable but any preventative measures should be focused on instability and risk to the general population, not what someone wears or which bathroom he/she/it/whatever wants to use. Everyone who is not a risk to the general population should have the right of self-defense.
