The whole thing looks to be as staged as a North Korean movie. She needs to be repatriated to Mogadishu

Let’s break this down:

-eye contact, then visible nod to perp; then happens instantly!

-happens at perfect pause, she doesn’t continue talking at all, almost as if waiting

-touches peoples faces with unknown substance on hands

-hugs others with fluid on her

-doesn’t react and rip her shirt off

-doesn’t attempt to wipe it (natural reaction)

-doesn’t even wash hands (natural reaction)

-does not question at all what substance is

-no worry fluid could be toxic (which is natural instinct, you would be terrified)

-has very “prepared response” to imply she’s a hero immediately afterwards

-actually looks down to paper and reads from it

-how could she have a prepared response that she’s reading from a paper for an attack she didn’t know about?

-same time Fox drops bombshell on her debatable Wine company story is breaking

-pretending she’s gonna punch him

-he was the only one that looked out of place; they wouldn’t want/let him in the front row for media purposes because of appearance first off-seen it several times at council meetings; front row is saved for press, victims and speakers… especially the best seat directly in front of her

-attacker on Omar husband Payroll for her winery

-no trip to hospital to make sure it’s not slow acting liquid weapon

I support Pretti's right to keep and bear arms. I support his right to protest anything he wants. However, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

The past weeks of threats and actual violence against ICE and DHS have set their defensive mindsets. Pretti repeatedly getting physically violent with ICE set the stage for them to view him specifically as a potential threat. Doing so while carrying a gun was inviting tragedy.

I will wait for the investigation and subsequent report before I pass judgment on him and the ICE agents involved but I will pass judgment right now on the people fomenting the violent attitudes and responses in Minnesota.

So now we've had a few days of research of Mr Pretti, it seems he had been attacking ICE there for atleast a few days.
(Que the video of him spitting and kicking the ICE vehicle before being arrested or atleast detained.)
So he wasn't some sweet innocent babe in the woods.
And after kicking out the taillight of an ICE vehicle, he was probably "known to Authorities" after that.
So yes, it is entirely possible and reasonable to call him a Domestic Terrorist once he was identified after his Death.
A death caused by his own actions.

I don't think the agents who were involved in his shooting were aware of the previous incident and I'm 100% sure that POTUS and others were not aware when they labeled him a terrorist.

People often make judgements without knowing the full story. In this case, I guess they turned out to be right.

If we had a relatively conservative constitutionalist who is a decent and respectable statesman under the age of 60 running for office on a campaign of unifying American people and shutting out division and outside influence, they would have my vote. I love the theory of MAGA, but the reality is that it is being implemented in a way that by itself isn't necessarily divisive, but it's easy for commie a-holes and outside influencers with money to take advantage of to drive a wedge between Americans.

Anyway, enough politics for this thread, I suppose.

Like you I wasnt there and and I'm not ICE nor a Cop but consider this.
Using the "truck incident" as an example:

-He didn't hide his face and more than willing to confront ICE, so after a few days and incidents, the ICE agents recognize him by face. "Of there's that same guy that was protesting two days ago."

-Here's what I'm certain of:
If he was arrested or even identified over the "truck kick" then his name etc were put into a database. So then when he was killed and identified, that arrest showed up.
I mean watch ANY Cop show, go thru any background check, etc etc what do they do?
They check their "databases."
So as soon as Mr Pretti was identified after his death, his name was checked on whatever databases they check and his "history" popped up.

But I'll ask you: Say you go in and buy a gun, but they say you have to wait for a "background check," What do you think they are checking? And sometimes that is immediate, if there is no line. Sometimes it takes some time.
But if you were ICE/DHS and just shot some guy, you'd get that info back immediately.

So yes, I'd say it's entirely possible that as soon as they had his name etc and "checked his criminal history" things like the "truck kick" came up immediately.
And he gets his title.
