I go a lot of places there are no LEOs nor is there a EMT/Medevac.
Never needed them before,besides they are "reactive".

No worries folks, Obama administration have taken steps to prevent any future beheadings. The feds are investing over $30 million dollars in below tshirts and signs along the drug traffic route. Problem solved.
The problem is (and many of you may already be well aware), these "mules" that come across the border to run drugs into the US, don't have the option of opting out or failing, they are either low level Cartel members, or Mexican citizens, being forced or paid to bring drugs over. Either way, they either successfully deliver, or they face the consequences (probably death). It's either kill or be killed. Guess we just need enough people down in those areas LEO won't even patrol, that don't mind doing some killin.
