I hope your joking...cause even though i despise all the green crap being jammed down our throats, dumping oil into a stream can be extremely harmful to the ecosystem. It's like not picking up your trash from the camp site, or leaving brass, shot up targets, and other random shooting crap in the woods...just plain bad stewardship that will ruin the mountains for the rest of us. If you want to piss of the commies in boulder, buy a good cigar and walk down the sidewalks while blowing smoke rings! But don't dump harmful substances in the streams!
