    Default Component selection ala carte

I have narrowed down my decisions on a new AR. I want to spend $275 for the upper/lower combo from Noveske, so that leaves me about $600 to finish the rifle, can it be done? Here is a list of what I want:

    Noveske matched upper lower $275
16" light barrel mid length what kind? Cant afford the $455 Noveske.
Quad rail rifle length FF handguard May have to wait on these?
RRA operator stock kit Again may have to wait?
    Ergo or Hogue grip
2 stage trigger But again it may have to be a standard for now?
Neveske bolt $150 Maybe theres a better, slightly cheaper one?
Noveske gun fighter charging handle $45

Now I just need to get an FFL to ship the Matched upper lower to, and find a good priced barrel. Any info on a cheap way to get all the extras I will need? I may have to wait on stock/handguards for a month or so? Any ideas on how to build a rifle out of that upper/lower combo for $900 with those accesories?

I thought about that route or even a delton rifle kit. But I hate to spend the money on another upper reciever and the handguards I don't want.

It'll be pretty tough to build on a Noveske with those options and stay south of $900.
BCM standard middy upper w/ bcg - $520
BCM complete lower (blem) - $250
    Shipping - $28.95
    Transfer - $20ish
You'll still need the quad rail, rear sight, mags, and a buttstock (if you don't already have them). But they shouldn't cost an arm and leg.

    Noveske lower and upper $275
    Noveske bcg $150
    Lpk. $60
Barrel $175 +/_ with low pro gas block
Stock $100 (can't remeber the exact cost)
    Handguards $180
    Charging handle $44
    Misc $?
1050 plus misc. Does that sound right? Like I said I could wait a few weeks on handguards if need be.

    Or
    Upper/lower $275
    Del-ton rifle kit $485
    Bcg $150
950 plus transfer/shipping etc. Plus I don't get the good stock and hg's, but I could be blasting while I save for them.

Best bcg the cheapest? Should I go Noveske?

I am gonna go rail mount flip up sights, I have the rear but need a front. I guess worsed case I could get the dpms collapsable with tube spring and buffer for $50 at sportsmans for now. But I will need a rifle length quad rail $180 for what I want.

So I guess for now I could go
    Noveske upper/lower $275
Bcm upper $520 (and change out the upper reciever) or go del-ton and save $
    Lpk $60
    Stock $100
    So 960 plus extras?

All you need to complete the DTI kit is a stripped lower so it'll be $485 + the cost of a stripped lower and some time to put it together. I saw Noveske and noticed you had another thread that led me to believe you wanted to get into a high end AR so I suggested BCM, if it's a budget build it'd be hard to beat the value and variety that del-ton offers.

For what you spend on the Noveske matched upper/lower, you can have one of these shipped:

They're every bit as good (if not better) than a factory built Colt or Noveske. Read some of the reviews in USMC03's section on BCM.

I really want to stick with Noveske. But I am thinking to stay in my budget and have a rifle ready to shoot some yotes before spring I may go with the Noveske upper and lower $275
Del-ton 16" light weight rifle kit with CTR stock etc for $552 then just swap out the upper reciever for the Noveske, that puts me at $830 plus transfer and shipping which leaves me enough $ for a sling. Thats with A2 front sight for temp use to go with the rear I have, I have mags and ammo already. Then I can upgrade the upper parts over time and use all the leftovers to build a cheap beater later. Maybe thats the route to go? I can always swap barrel and handguards later.

I'd go looking at the ARF equipment exchange to troll for bargains. This could save you a ton of money.
