Default Moving to CO from WY

I am in the process of trying to move to CO from WY. I currently have a valid WY permit. What will I need to do to get a permit in Weld County?

We have reciprocity with WY. His CCW is valid here...
Doesnt he simply have to do a COA instead of having to do the $$$, Application, 90 day wait...?

After 30 days residence in CO, his WY permit will no longer be valid, as he will be a Colorado resident. I made the ASSumption that this was a permanent move, but I could be wrong...

I Agree with this portion of the thought.
I was under the impression that a simple "transfer" to a CO CHP was all that would be in order, as opposed to not being able to carry from the end of his grace period to the issuance of his CO CHP.
Not to consider the enormous costs of the classes the fees, background checks all done over again.

I don't think he has to take another class, just pay the app fee. I'd just get the CO license if this is a permanent move.

with the economic state of CO i doubt he would have a hard time finding one 2 days tops on CL and he'd have 50-100 replies for the job.
down side most would ask what kind of benefit package is included
