Homeless man with 'Golden Voice' bolts from rehab

The homeless "Golden Voice," Ted Williams, whose story was followed worldwide, abruptly left rehab Monday and headed for the airport, according to TMZ.
He had agreed to go to Origins Recovery Center in Texas for drug and alcohol dependency two weeks ago after taping the Dr. Phil TV show.
The gossip site said Ted's girlfriend is in rehab at Safe Harbor in Costa Mesa, Calif.
