    Default how many TSA...

How many TSA personnel does it take to secure our airports? 18 per security lane apparently because that's how many there were tonight as I crossed through the bridge/A Concourse security tonight on the way to my flight at DIA. One lane open, 18 personnel. No joke...simply ridiculous.

-2 to check tickets and IDs
-1 to watch 2 check tickets and IDs
    -1 to run the xray
-4 to watch guy run xray
    -1 to collect buckets
    -3 to run naked scanner
-2 to watch people walk through metal detector.
-and 4 rovers to make sure everything is running as slow as possible.

    Ugh.

And my 9:15 flight has been delayed an hour. I can see my plane 50 ft away so who knows why it's delayed. Although my experience tells me that IF the plane is here and IF they tell you it is in fact delayed THEN it's a maintenance problem. Damn. Not getting to Portland until after Midnight for sure.

One guy did come up to another TSA lady and asked her "have you been here 30 minutes". She said "yes" and he told her to go take a break. Apparently they're not allowed to stand more than 30 minutes. Wow.

And I was wrong about the delay. They have no crew...oops.

You don't need a crew - fly it yourself. How hard can it be....Sniper7 does it?!
