Yeah, a TRE will convince the ECU that the bike's in 5th gear, so no speed limiter, or you can do it in software internally in the ECU. Doesn't alter the fact that this particular bike is about 50 horsepower shy of what it would take just to overcome the aerodynamic drag at 200. Or that he's a tool.
