If you end up doing go-karts, I would suggest the track up at erie
(I think its called action karting) instead of unser racing. U.R. is small and unbalanced, the track doesnt flow very well. Its still fun, but if you are looking to actually go fast for more than a half second then I would suggest the track at erie. Its a mile long, and they rent karts that go over 100 mph.

A little more pricey, sure, but I guarantee you'll have a blast.

Thanks for the ideas guys, I'm taking these ideas down so my buddy and I can figure out what we'll do. We were also thinking of paintball. Anyone know how much admission + rental + paint is these days? Some of the ideas of Vegas might be a bit too farfetched for us. I highly doubt we'll be able to afford it.
