Ok I know about the BS exhaust fluid in the newer trucks but seriously... actual muffler bearings? WTF? Please elaborate lol.
Yeah that is the downside to flat rate, when the job takes longer than the pay. I've had a few like that but for the most part stuff goes pretty fast. Then again I've always worked on passenger vehicles, nothing bigger than a 1 ton... I imagine you see some different stuff in your field. BTW, you guys wouldn't happen to be hiring eh?

    Oh and here ya go

I've always found that what you put into your body and when doesn't have as much of an effect on your weight/health as how you use those calories. You could probably afford to eat an entire chocolate cake a day (with the rest of your diet being reasonably healthy/normal), and as long as you go work out and burn more calories than you take in you'll see results.

Dunno why anybody would pay that much for a Ruger, collector's or not.

Hey guy have you tried crossfit? Anybody on here do that? I fucking love it! That and diet I've lost about 40 pounds and 25 to go.

My dad swears by those rugers, but that price is just ridiculous. The last one of that model I bought for him cost $340.

Man, having a schedule like that sucks. Used to hate that when I was working/in school.

I used to do Krav, and I know that Monkey and I think Spyder too do Krav and Crossfit regularly. I've been wanting to get back into it but I need to find some work first so I can pay for classes.

There are a variety of websites that provide daily WOD's. Try crossfit.com or sealfit.com. You might not have all the equipment but you can do most of it without.

What line of work are you looking for?
