Eh, if I'm working out on my own I prefer to just do my own thing. I've had enough experience with highschool sports, personal training/nutrition (trainer not trainee), and Army PT that I can put together my own workout that kicks my ass more and is more effective than any structured workout program I've seen (including crap like P90X and Insanity). Its not that I can't stay self-motivated, its just easier to push myself that much harder when in a group where you just let your body go into robot mode and go through the motions while your mind drifts cause you don't need to think about "ok what do I want to do now."

Honestly, at this point I'll do just bout anything that pays. I just need something to put fuel in the truck and food on the table till I ship out in November. Ideally I'd like to find a ranch, horse boarder, something along those lines where I can be given a list of things that need done and then just get turned loose to do em, put in a good hard day's work from sun up to sun down. I wouldn't mind working in a shop again as its only temporary, I'm ASE certified, have diesel experience, lots of professional and outside of work experience with welding/fabrication/design with vehicles and random stuff. If it has an engine and/or wheels, I can fix it lol.
But really, if a place will train me in whatever they want me to do, I'll do it.

Do you know what you want to do yet in the Navy or Marines? Either way you will probable end up on a ship and I hear that the sea time is worth the port time!

Navy EOD. Marines just plain old infantry. I have my degree so E-3 is better than nothing.

Navy EOD is the best EOD out of the DD. If that is what you want to do I would go Navy. Infantry doesn't have a big after the Corps skill set. But I will tell you that the Infantry has a lot of fun.

It was Patrick.. but he has since used the 'work' excuse to stop coming

No the schedule changed for the summer (already sucks doing xfit when it's 80 out... not looking forward to 90s+) So it limited pat's avail to come in...

The classes kick my ass every time, and yes you can get the daily workout online, and you can do it at home... but I can never stick to doing anything solo.. I need that shit talking to stay motivated. I ate like poo over the weekend and I felt it in class yesterday... bleh.. no powah!
