Damn, that's some bad luck. Order online?

Lol so you understand what I meant in that thread I posted earlier about wanting more firepower. Don't suppose you happened to see a dark green lifted Jeep Grand Cherokee with no doors and a guy with a cowboy hat in the passenger seat?

Ya fire power was needed in that area.

Yeah dunno about that. I assume you could find one around $150.

And yeah... we hit the gas station right next to DenCol's fastener dept., the one on the north end of the warehouses... we pull up in the Jeep, and almost every other vehicle there is slammed or even dumber is lifted via ghettofab to fit the stupid-big chrome painted wheels. My buddies stay in the Jeep, I walk in to the gas station to piss and its like one of those old western movies... I walk through the door with my cowboy hat, boots, buckle, a big dip in, and everybody in there just kinda stops what they're doing and looks over at me with a cross between "the look" and "WTF?!" Of course they all have their pants halfway down their ass, shirts 5x too big, flatbill caps, gold jewelry and enormous flashy fake watches. It was all I could do to keep from cracking up. Just glad I was carrying.

Yeah, I figured .357mag would do the trick. I really need to get another 1911 though. If I sell my truck before my buddy deploys on the 22nd, I'm getting his Springfield MilSpec with a bunch of custom work and that'll probably see most of the carry duty. It'd be nice cause it'll work better with this OSS holster thing.

Gimme a min to get motivated to get up and take pics.

Basically you tie a piece of string (I used paracord) in a loop, then tie the loop around your belt by wrapping it around and pulling one end of the loop through the other like you would tie a rubber band. You want the part of the loop now sticking out to be on top. Then position it where you want to carry (I had my .357 at the 1 o'clock position to be more comfortable in the racing seats in my buddies Jeep) and put the gun through the loop. It sounds pretty ghetto, that was my first thought too, but it makes sense given its history.
I put some history about it in the thread.... http://www.co-ar15.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41208

I'm using too much brain power explaining this. I'll just go take pics.
