    Default Those Darn State Troopers...

...out hassling people and saving lives. Don't they have anything better to do than save people from becoming hood ornaments?

    Read about it HERE.

Nice work, Trooper! I think this is more of what an LE officer does on a daily basis than all the bad crap people post here.

He had to leap over his car to avoid certain death (or really bad injury)! Talk about one lucky and very brave trooper! +1

WOW glad he is safe! Drunk drivers should get serious jail time, to many lives lost. Maybe a DUI should be the same as attempted murder? I havent drank in years but I hate driving at night knowing their are so many drinking and driving.

The Man; out hassling a bunch of fun loving road surfing citizens. Then he jumps out of the way, tricking the tipsy driver into running into his taxpayer provided transportation, just so he could arrest her.

I read somewhere recently, it might have been on this board, that if you really wanted to save lives you would be a fireman or EMT. Cops just want to hassle people.

I almost miss the days of cruising around looking for the intoxicated lovebirds who were breaking all of the house hold goods, neglecting their children and making the neighborhood a better place to live. I'm sure that taking one or both of the loving couple off to the pokey never saved anyone's life.

you act like we bash on all Cops er something.
I only bash on the ones that think they are above the law, don't regard the laws themselves, Do not abide by the constitution, are trying to turn this into a police state or the ones that stand by and do nothing about the others above.

which is honestly only a small percentage of all LEOs.

He's probably a volunteer firefighter on his days off!

Seriously though, good stuff, and nice jump! And no pity for drunk drivers. Two years on an ambulance and you run out of pity for them.
