    For what it's worth here is the law-

    “A person shall not drive a motor vehicle in the passing lane of a highway if the speed limit is sixty-five miles per hour or more unless such person is passing other motor vehicles that are in a nonpassing lane or turning left, or unless the volume of traffic does not permit the motor vehicle to safely merge into a nonpassing lane.”


    It's been the law from 2004.

    Screw that law. If the right lane is rough, cracked and potholed and the left is smoother, I'm running in the left as long as there's no other traffic nearby. And like I said, I don't run slow over there.

    I dont run slow in the left lane either. Even if I am going well over the speed limit and see someone coming up on me I move over at the first safe opportunity to let them pass. Thats just common courtesy.
