Oil over last 50 years has gone through a couple boom and bust cycles in North Dakota. You have to make hay when the sun is shining. I have 2 friends that are up there now building homes for all the migrant workers up there. You couldnt give away a house in Wiliston in the late 80s now they are charging $3000 a month rent for a storage container. Crazy times.

No shit. you should see the walmart parking lot!. trucks here, campers there and full blown 5th wheels over there.
