Cowboys and Aliens- good flick. Don't go in thinking it's going to give you any insight into the aliens or their technology, it's not that kind of movie, just a fun mindless action that keeps you entertained throughout.

The Veteran (2011), British movie "A soldier returning from the war in Afghanistan uncovers a conspiracy involving the intelligence services and a gang of drug dealers."

Was not the best action film I have seen though it was enjoyable. The final showdown at the end was very well done in my opinion. Just imagine a movie where people actually change mags when they should.

OOoh, and it has Brian Cox in it, great actor! I'm going to have to check that out.

Iron Clad was pretty good. Not sure how factual it is but good battle/siege scenes.

I just got done watching that too. Great movie with a screwed up ending. I agree the final action scene was well done. Looks like someone actually coached the guy on proper form for a lot of things. Including changing the mag halfway through when there was a lul in the fighting followed by stowing that half mag for later.

Do not bother (yes I knew I shouldn't have either) unless you like to be overly bombarded with CHEEEEEESE.

My original thought as well and seriously it did not help at all.
