I turned out to vote, but so many I know back in '08 were just so displeased with the choices that they just said "fuck it" and didn't vote. Really, when it comes down to it, I don't care what people say, McCain would have been the much better choice... too bad so much of America had blinders on (and still do).

Is Ron Paul a rigid ideologue? I have to agree. But I see most all of the modern right wing as that. History and facts take back seat to theories. Like the theory of supply side economics. How many times do we have to try that and see it fail before peoples ideology changes?

Example #1 of a far left ideologue teaching economics from a far left anti-capitalist perspective. I present Paul Krugman- columnist for the New York Times and professor of Economics and International Affairs at Princeton. Can anyone anywhere provide an example of a nationally known and recognized pro-capitalist "right wing" economics professor at a major university?

mainly because all economists agree....... Reaganomics is a failure. The ones who don't are rigid ideologues paid to toe the party line.

    I personally prefer Ravi Batra

    I hate to do it...

    I don't want to...

    Shit, gotta!
Tell us please, oh enlightened one, why oh why did we see the LARGEST ECONOMIC PEACETIME GROWTH during the Reagan Admin if it was such a failure. Man, we keep repeating this and it's still not sinking in...
Just a question, were you born this dense or did it develop over time?
I know for a fact that I'm not a socialist, and your source for that is a hack, I rest my case on that one with this: "Real Liberal Politics ~~ No Corporate Money, No Masters" It's their tag line. They want to convince everyone that we're not so different, we're all libby fibby socialist sheep! Bullshit! I know for a fact I'm not a socialist and believe that 1930's/40's Germany proves socialism doesn't work.
