Just saw two Warthogs fly over Littleton headed east. EFFIN awesome!!!! I am so happy they are on our side. Otherwise we'd be in deep shit!!

Want to know how to fly it? There's a simulator called DCS A-10 that ships with a 700 page manual and (they say) is an accurate representation of every feature on the ship. Here's the sequence to get the engines running:

The rifling on those barrels are like cheese graders. I can't remember how many grooves were there, but the rifling were deep and sharp as hell.

i remember when 7 of my friends were killed by an A10. the driver didnt know armor identification. and sent a missle into an LAV 25, on January 30, 1991. i stopped liking them after that.

That being said hating the A10 for that is a lot like hating guns because someone stupid did something stupid with one once. It's not the weapon's fault as it just does what the person controlling asks it to.
