It's quite obvious that humans aren't dogs but the logic there is fucking stupid, I'm no animal rights spokesperson here but gtfo of here with that old yeller shit dude.
You're comparing it to having my old man "throw me in a ditch and blow my brains out," and you're calling MY logic stupid?

Not in front of her of course, but if there was reason to, why shouldn't I?

Back in the day when most folks were rural and there were no veterinarians people had to deal with what they had.
    Fix their own equipement
Doctor themselves when sick or injured
Doctor animals when sick or injured
Now we have mechanics, doctors and veterinarians.
Vets have the means to help a sick or injured animal and the means to provide a humane painfree death when needed.
mcantar--you say you would see a doc for a broken leg or a vet for a sick animal. So you will use modern services. I don't understand why you think that putting an animal down should not be done using modern services rather than resorting back to a time when modern and more humane services were not available.
It's your choice --I agree with that but I do feel sorry for your pets if you have any.

I don't give a damn if its a "modern service" or its something that's been done the same way for 100 years... I will take myself or my dog to see a doc/vet if I need to simply because they're better at fixing humans and dogs than I am... not cause its a "modern service."
I don't see how laying there, slowly fading (and being aware of it) as chemicals spread throughout your body is more humane than a quick and immediate, painless ending.

I think there are a lot of cops that are way out of line these days. However, I wouldn't believe this story one way or another without seeing it with my own eyes.

As far as I know, these were good cops that a stinking left wing court system is putting the screws to.

I'm so sceptical nowdays, I don't believe shit. I'm going to do my best to take in the whole story and not throw all cops into one big bad group. (I have been guilty of that) I have seen enough with my own two eyes to know there are a lot of cops out of control but you have to hope there are still more good ones than bad. I don't know why even a bad cop would shoot a dog with it's tail wagging. Even other cops (good or bad) would rag his dumbass for that. Something smells fishy.
