    I think I read it right after the separation of church and state clause, the good and welfare clause, and the "Are you serious? Are you serious?" clause.

    But seriously, I think workers should have the right to form a union. But their employers should have the right to fire their butts if they don't want union labor.

    One of the CWA points of contention is that "Pay for performance" is unacceptable, because if you've got an a-hole manager, they will lie on your performance report.

    They want guaranteed raises whether they even do their job, or show up...

    Once they're seriously arguing about that being on the table, I'm done with them, I know exactly what kind of people they are.

    Geez...I'm a little disappointed nobody jumped on this. The right to form a union is right in the preamble to the US Constitution:

    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    The purpose of a union is for collective bargaining. Everything is collective including the combined 80 IQ points. Note how all of America's most successful companies have done it without the "Indispensable help" of a union. Imagine where Apple or Microsoft, or Oracle or Facebook would be had they had had the misfortune of having to start from the beginning catering to parasites?
