PC gamer here. Also can't judge it until the full release. Some good stuff in the Beta though... and some not so good either...
I remember the old CounterStrike Beta when they were doing the new tweaks on it (way back in my younger years) and it was just a taste to whet one's appetite! This is the same- while not refined and perfect- like we hope the final version will be (but usually some bugs even there and we have to have a patch), still enough to get us by until the fated day it's released arrives.

The Counterstrike "beta" were the only good years of Counterstrike.

Man I was a fanatic with TFC, Counterstrike, All of mods of the Battlefield 1942 (nam, Dc's, bf2). I need another good gaming rig. The BF set was my favorite. Anyone in or was in any BF, TFC, Counterstrike clans?

I played it today, and its alright.
As others said, its definitely a beta, and I hope the bugs get ironed out before the release. The visuals are pretty cool, and the sound is SWEET. playing it on a surround sound system is awesome.
On the note of buying it new, I've got better things to spend 60 bucks on....
