You know the first time I watched this stuff I thought.. perhaps.. someone who was totally new at carry, who failed to heed instruction on 'practice your clear and draw', 'practice practice practice' would behave in such a manner to struggle to get their firearm free..

Then after watching it again.. I did notice that they were seated in the same seat.. and after shooting the 'teacher' they immediately went to the ONE person in the room who could stop them.. I honestly would LOVE to see that played out with a person who has gone through more training, who is comfortable with carry and the 'shooter' doesn't know they are carrying or they are seated.. I don't care if it is a shooting instructor who is playing the 'shooter', because you never know if they could be former LE/Mil/Neo from The Matrix..

But I seriously 'doubt' in a real scenario.. they would know the exact location of the ONE person in the room who was armed..

I'm with Monky... I say the re-do that- and I don't care if it is a highly trained pro- I have the perfect guy to be the hidden armed citizen when the shooter comes in, he's a friend of mine who co-owns BluCore, former ST6 member, and very good and knowledgeable instructor, bet my bottom dollar he'd have the threat eliminated before they even knew there was a problem.

I personally choose where I sit at restraunts, parks, school, or any other public place for a reason.

As far as I am concerned I would rather someone underestimate my ability to perform in a scenario like that.

As do I.. my gf never understood it till I explained it to her. Then when she went to get her chp.. she started to do the same things. It was actually kind of cute.. her wanting to sit facing the door..
