FOUND IT! That one always takes me a second, no matter what form it shows up in. This one is good.

It bothers me that I looked at this for about 20 mins last night, and about 5 today, only to give up and ask my wife if she can see it, and it takes her about 3-4 seconds. Wow.... and I read stuff for a living.
Is that one of those color blind tests? I can't see what the mistake is.
