Droid- I've never had an iPhone, but kids had Ipod touch 4G... and that was enough.
no replaceable battery? WTF?
Interface just feels... insulting... been that way every since Mac came out, so it's probably a prejudice on my part
does the iPhone allow memory upgrades (micro SD or the like), or is that just the iPod that doesn't do that?
and Flash (probably the single biggest mistake)
iTunes and the app store just piss me off
I just got a Droid this weekend, already like it way better than the iStuff (Yes, I work for a phone Co. but their service doesn't work at my house)

iPhone4 here...They just work, simple interface, great app market, and with IOS5 no more wires....My kids have android phones, and like em. I just find em a little to configurable and cheap feeling.

I had an iPhone for a while, and I miss it from time to time. Switch to Droid though because I was tired of AT&T, and I've been happy with em.
I like how droid is open source, and are a little less douchey than Apple products. Apple fanatics are kinda like people who drive German cars; they think they're better than others...
note: i said this while typing on my mac with a 27in apple monitor

Oh ****....I drive a German car also...I had an iPhone for a while, and I miss it from time to time. Switch to Droid though because I was tired of AT&T, and I've been happy with em.

More free aplications
Apple likes to harge googles likes to give it away... apps I mean.
You can still put your itunes on your phone with doubletwist
You have flash player built in so you can watch clips
Larger screen
You can get on that is 4G
Faster internet
Make it a hotspot
And better insurance plans

iPhone4 jail broke and wireless hotspot = win, I'll be waiting for iPhone5, with jobs put of the picture there might be a small chance that it will support flash
As for the for the iPhone 4s...

you can insure a droid through the cells companies insurance, iphones have to go through apple.. I beleive and the hotspot with the iphone would only be 3G.
