    Default I've got deep pockets..

Ok so ill admit the usually don't have a lot of $$ in them, especially after having our first kid last year..

But they are deep enough to hold my new G36 in this pocket holster that I whipped out last night

It prints a little more than my J frame does in my pocket but nobody noticed it when I pocket carried and I doubt they will this.

    Default How so?

No offense intended- jut looking for carry solutions for the same setup-

Are you a particularly large fellow or 'well rounded'? And is this carried in the front or rear pockets? Jeans only? Slacks?

Sweet idea. May have to copy you on that. Any supporting material or just rough leather? Any issue with sights tearing into pants?

Its not ideal for all carry situations or outfits but no holster is. Its nice just to be able to drop it in a pocket, than put a waist rig on sometimes.

I made it out of a scrap I had it's pretty thick, I just doubled it over and stitched it with 2 needles.

if your putting it in a pocket Id stich the open end up. I will have to try to put my G30SF in my pockett with the 21 mag in it.

Its open muzzle so the pistol will sit as low as possible, stitching would add at least 1/2"

Stitch a square cover over the end.

Whats wrong with open muzzle? I prefer it because it keeps lint and dirt from building up in the bottom of the holster.

Nothing will ever obstruct my barrel because the gun is the only thing I keep in that pocket.
