I agree with way too much of that for Warren Buffett to have had anything to do with it.
EDIT: Just as I thought, other than the quote at the beginning, Buffett has nothing to do with it.

Regardless, I agree with most of it. The only thing I would add is cumulative term limits, say 12 years total in federal elected office, then forever barred from federal employment OR lobbying. Thank you for your service, Senator, now go do something productive.
