    I hear that a good pair of work gloves, some trash bags, paper towels, windex, or even a borrowed squeegee works wonders on windows and gutters!

    Thanks for the advice. I'd much rather pay someone with the right equipment, i.e. a tall ladder, and insurance to take the risk falling of my second story roof.
