    Question Establishing residency

How long does one have to be a resident of a state before putting in for a c&r ffl?
I dont have one now but plan on getting one when I move out there.

60 or 90 days, same as applying for a CCW permit, double check the ATF site to verify time frame.

There is no "residency" requirement in terms of length of time to apply for a C&R FFL license.

    Thanks,I just wasn't quite sure..
Now I have something else to look foward to when I get out there.
I'm just going to wait untill I move out there as opposed to aplying for it here and move in a months time.
