He took the money from his account, knowing that it was not his and spent it. Yeah the bank screwed up, but the kid knew he was not entitled to the money. Wrong is wrong.

Why is this so difficult for you? Having the money being mistakenly deposited into his account is not a crime. Him spending the money is. It is the difference between trying on a ring, and walking out of the store with it on your finger.

Watch this... I read that this same bank will be installing seat belts and all of the customers will be required to wear them while transacting business. Really unprofessional cops will stop by every hour to issue tickets for those not wearing their seat belt. The bank manager will be making certain that no one CCWs inside the bank and if you try, the manager will ridicule you and tell you that your gun is poop.
