glad my serious GF in high school found someone else. she went whorish for a while, got pregnant with a random guy and is now without a college education and in the same position as her mom.
my wife on the other hand is a great mom, almost done with her masters and takes damn good care of the house/kid/me.
sometimes it's a blessing in disguise for womenz to leave.
I kinda been slacking on the update, the car was recovered, but it's deemed a total loss by insurance. Insurance is luckily taken care of the situation in a fair manner.
As much as this sucks, it's just another chapter in life. As silly as it sounds at least I was to have closure.

If at first you don't succeed -- skydiving is not for you
At least the insurance guys are doing right by you. Sometimes they can be the bigger crooks in these situations.
Any plans on what you will replace it with when the insurance check arrives?
There is an old dirty trick used by car thief's. They would steal a car they wanted, strip everything they could from they car, the car would be totaled and sold as salvage at the auction, then they would buy it back from the auction and reinstall everything back in it. It used to be the Vietnamese and Chinese gang-bangers that did this, but the Russians are doing this now too.
Bummed to hear about your ride, I hope the insurance company takes care of you...
