It's so hot today

I'm about 90 miles south east of Houston and it was about 78 degrees today. Heard it was a scorcher along the front range. How messed up is that?

I was just watching Lizard Lick Towing and the guy said:

"It's hotter than a mess of callard greens on a back burner on a $4 stove"

I want to find the guy that greenlit that show and stab him over and over again with a rusty, aids infested fork.

some days it is amazing!!! I have been in the dirty south where it was 80 and it was 100 here.

This is why I only run at night. I don't deal well with heat. No AC in my car, and thank god I covered up the sunroof just yesterday. I took my shirt off as soon as I got into my car after work, and my wife beater was soaked by the time I got home.

I wish you lived closer so i'd have someone to run with.. I feel so alone.

I did discover that my neighbor just joined my crossfit place. Wondered why she looked so familiar (she has a work schedule weirder than mine).

What could be safer than running on and around Federal Blvd in the dark?


I was going to give you a hard time about having Coyotes, but I've been in spitting distance from one, while being within rock throwing distance of my house. AND...that bear that got tranqued back in March was ON one of my running paths.

Very hot. My friend and I shoveled 10 tons of gravel into my backyard. Drank lots and lots of water.

Warped Tour was stupid hot. Yesterday was even hotter. I was sweating just teaching kung fu class, trying NOT to move too much so I wouldn't sweat all over the place.
