    I was thinking about that Al Qaida plan earlier today as well, but my wife says I am crazy, so I guess I can take the tin foil hat off......I can see then new flat irons fire from my window in Erie.

    Going to be a long summer.

    This is right behind my house. Guns are ready to go into the back of the Landcruiser if needs be. It was lightning caused for sure.

    Good luck Eldo, it's growing fast. I agree it was probably lightning. I saw a lot of hot bolts coming down around lunch time, and cringed.

    The fire was started by a lightning strike.

    It's grown to 400 acres as of 4:30. Tankers and helos are working on it.

    I can see the fire from my house. So far, the wind is blowing it away from us towards the east. We are packing and getting ready to move out, just in case.
