    Unfortunately, there are these types of groups in all types of jobs. The Chief at my old agency belonged to N.O.B.L.E., the National Order of Black Law Enforcement. When I asked him if there was a N.O.W.L.E. or a N.O.C.L.E., he got angry with me. Apparently, I was too dumb to understand the need for such an organization. Of course, I that would mean I was too dumb to understand the need for the Women's (or Female) Law Enforcement Association, any variety of the minority related Law Enforcement Organizations to include the Gay and Lesbian Law Enforcement Associations. I just don't get it...

    That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
