When factory made smokes jumped from $25 a carton to $35 and then to $50 in a few months with no increase in value, (in fact it lost value because of that fire retardant that makes them go out then catches fire when you relight it) I tried rolling my own with a bag of tobacco and rolling papers. It seemed to work alright. But not for me. I like filters.
I'm going to invest in that Top's rolling machine I think. Seems like the pipe tobacco and tubes are going to be around still. Just not a fancy machine to load them together.
A federal judge in Ohio already ruled that a person rolling their on a machine isn't manufacturing and said roll on. I guess its going to take another law suit to the supreme court to get national relief this time.
This overall attack on peoples "bad habits" has to end.
I've already noticed that 7-11 has reduced their double gulp cups from a economical 60 oz to 40 and then 32oz. but still charge the same.
Its only because it doesn't affect them and they think they know whats best for everyone too.
Where do they get off? What kind of person thinks that they know what's best for everyone?![]()
