When I was in "A" School (non Navy folks its the first schooling for your rate or job or MOS)
for Gunner's Mate, there was some tool at the galley(Mess hall for non Navy )
and he was telling some BANC he was trying to impress that he was a GM and in "A" school at the Green Bubble (what the school was refered to as)
and me and my fellow GM in training at the time, interjected and busted his little lie.
So I guess it starts at the least fresh out of bootcamp.
