Back when Carson was under 7id that was the post policy that every E-5 and below had to store in arms room, and all were registered on post if you lived within 60 miles. It wasnt enforced often, unless you had by the book people.

I remember that but it was E-4 and below had to store in the arms room. Platoon sgt told me I had to register my guns, told him I sold them.

Yeah, after they finally found out that I have guns, I made a fake bill of sale selling them all to my wife for $1. That pissed them off. I loved it.
