85% to PASS????? I prefer my firearms to be 100%...please keep us posted on your future employment. It would also be most helpful if you could keep us apprised of the Serial Numbers for the hardware you assemble.

Seriously OP, I know almost all of these answers from cleaning my rifle a few times and installing a FF rail.

All I can say about this thread is

OP, have you ever seen an AR-15? Just by looking at one you can answer half of the questions. Geez.

Bert, I hope you didn't run out of that gunsmith glue before you did my rifle (so to speak)!!!

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.

yeah I saw that and chuckled a little. Gunsmith glue........although"friction" as an answer is just as bad.

There is a gunsmith adhesive.....wonder which one is stronger?

If you don't know the answer to question #1 someone may need to slap you. haha.

I'm relatively new to the internals of the ar 15. A simple app called gundisassembly can show you all these things if you are too lazy to pull out your ar-15. If you don't know these things already, purchase a stripped lower receiver and the learning experience you will get from it will help you more than we could or would... just remember, knowledge is power!

Honestly hoppy, 20 minutes on YouTube and you will know more than that test shows. If you really want this to be a career I think you need to spend the time / money on a real armorers course, or perhaps even the gun you will hold yourself out to the world as an expert in.

Btw, Mr. Stoner designed the AR-7 survival rifle. It's a common mistake to confuse the two. What you are looking for is the Assualt Rifle - one five. I'm pretty sure that Forrest Gump designed it just before he was sent to Vietnam to kill Asians. Tough break that they would throw in a trick question like that on you.

I'm thinking that stands for ArmaLite, the original designers.
