I have been known to open carry , never had a problem and never had anyone say a damn thing about it . But then again I tend to stay away from popular places .

Ha monkey I tried to talk the old lady into me getting a sig(you gave me pistol envy!) She shows me the shoes that have the red bottoms for 1500 a pair and says I can get one soon as I get her a pair of those....so looks like I'm stuck with my glock for now....lol at least its a manly. 45 and not a pellet gun like adawg's .40(does it come in pink???)![]()
I'd bet the vast majority of Coloradans don't even know that it's legal to OC, I'm sure most people just assume it's not legal. I happen to be one of those too cowardly to try (I hate getting clubbed and handcuffed, try to avoid it when I can), but I sure wouldn't recommend OC anywhere near Aurora for awhile.
Several of my friends I hunt with don't know the gun laws very well. Some of my dads friends who are judges don't know the gun laws very well either. 2 of them didn't know suppressors were legal.
I have had an adams county sheriff tell me it was a requirement to alert that i have a carry permit (wasn't even carrying at the time).
I still prefer CC over OC. The only time I really OC is when I am going hunting and happen to need to go into a store for supplies or something.
I occasionally like to OC and have been wondering how reactions might change since Friday morning...
