Its gotten me out of more than one "orange" Light
The speed limit is the maximum speed allowed under optimal conditions. Conditions could warrant that you should not be doing the "limit" could be many things like the weather, traffic, conditions, etc.

Traveling at the speed limit is not a defense for running an intersection and not being able to stop. You are stating you are driving too fast for conditions if you state you can't stop.

Again, go fight it in court. Memorize the statements I listed above. You are showing no fault and you will have a defense.
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

Not attacking you at all, but let's say for argument's sake I'm traveling 30MPH in a 35 zone. I'm 10ft from the intersection when the light turns yellow- average, at 30MPH it takes about 40ft to come to a complete stop- so I should slam on my brakes because "it's the law"? No. A yellow light is fair warning that if you cannot stop in time then go through the intersection before red. This "Crossing the intersection under green" crap, I've never heard of that in my entire life. Sounds pretty dumb.
