There is some good in this story.

Look at all the people that went to rescue her. Awesome!

The original owner can pack sand. Dickweed.

This story opens up the whole gamut of emotions for me. I am angry at the previous owner, sad for what the dog went through, gracious for the couple that made the effort to find people to help rescue the dog, humbled by the people that performed the rescue, and happy that it turned out OK and the dog should get better.

Dogs don't ask for much and give way more than they receive.

The news said the other night that the 15 people that came together to rescue her were all strangers to each other. That's pretty cool!

I felt the same emotions. Actually, watching the story on the news the other night I just hugged my dog and said "I would die before doing that to you!"

What a great ending to a fvcked up story. Good for the people who saved the pup. To the previous owner: Hope you trip and break your neck on a rock.
