I've been to both locations (75th and the one in Broomfield), IMO a step down from The Rib House.

Georgia boys = good stuff!!!!
Oskar Blues has some okay BBQ
Rib House = overpriced and average.

On a good day I make some of the best I've ever had.

I have not been to the one in Boulder yet but the Moe's BBQ in Fort Collins is awesome.

For what they charge per serving, not really. Good choices in music and good tasting, just not a plate large enough for me, or the wife. I believe her description was.........skimpy.

They have become pretty skimpy.. honestly when it was just the one shop in Eagle the quality/quantity was better. Now that they have 4.. it's just not the same. Next thing they won't be two boys from Tuscaloosa .. they'll be a chain.

Beat me to it. This is quite possibly the best brisket in the state. Ribs are just meh. The mac & cheese is bland but the other sides we tried were all good.
