    I'm not a heater guy but there might be an easy fix. There should be a diagnostic diagram on the back side of your front panel on the unit...maybe not but mine does. It has a led light that blinks x amount of times that lets me know what is wrong.

    Oh and 65* is good sleeping! I get the house down to 62-63* before bed

    The diag 1 and 2 lights just flash at the same time slowly which according to the manual means the thermostat is requesting heat?
