Ditto. I have been mulling over how to respond and truthfully Ronin posted what's left of my mind thinks every time i see the same #$%^& question asked.
If you feel the wait time is to long apply for an emergency / hardship rush. If there is a basis for needing it yesterday, they will issue one. If not wait until you get the call to come in for your picture. It is an average of 45-90 days. With 90 being the maximum time period. Cannot deal with that time frame BITCH to the one accepting your app.
