Just got this letter from CU president talking about concealed carry

I'm on campus twice a week and have carried every time. All CU Boulder staff and employees are told to call campus police and or 911 if they suspect anyone of carrying at all. Training programs for employees on how to spot people carrying are being planned but haven't been implemented yet.

Hence why I refuse to ever enroll in CU. Fuck them.

I got the same letter. I do like to see all the back peddling and crying coming from the administration. They were so upset when the supreme court upheld the right to concealed carry. There were people crying everywhere, teachers vowing not to teach, etc etc. There is only so much that they could do to look more like douche bags, and this was it.

'Safety' above the Constitution! Gotta love it... These decisions do nothing to improve safety, but they do everything in the appearance of 'safety' and erode our rights.

I agree with the comment stated above: if this were a 'color of skin' issue, it'd be very different.
