Add the fees up you are being banged. Multiply that by 1 million (approx CO pop) per month. Hickinpooper said there are approx 2-300K "disenfranchised" in CO. Do the math supposedly that totals up to $25-30K per person per month. WHY ARE There still "Disenfranchised" In CO???

This country has become a huge toilet that needs flushing, roto-rooting, scrubbing, and disinfecting.
