I don't know. Biden's fun. He's like the senile grandpa in the White House.

    "Oh now you're Jack Kennedy!?"

That was funny as hell, I don't care.

No...it was typical Biden stupidity, in my opinion. Ryan said nothing of the sort. It strikes me as only being funny if you're really not paying attention. I'm sure Obama/Biden supporters thought it was a real knee-slapper,too.

He directly compared his and Romney's plans to those of Kennedy. He left himself wide open for it.

at the end of the day, you don't hear shit about the VP hardly at all. The prez is who matters, and I know who i am voting for. I just hope the undecided join me.

I watched it, mostly because I thought it was going to be entertaining to watch a retard get poked with a stick. It did not go down as expected.

I was unimpressed by both of them. Biden was his typical bumbling self; every time he opened his mouth to let numbers fall out, they were the wrong ones. He was, however, passionate, decisive, and engaged by each topic. Ryan was cool and collected, avoided answering most questions directly, and generally seemed like a salesman who does not believe in the product.

Ryan should have had Biden crying by the end of his two minutes on the economy; all the numbers are there to make an indisputable case. Instead, he told a little anecdote that I can't even remember. He crushed Biden in the closing statements though. If I had to score it, I'd call it a draw.

The prez is who "matters." He's a figurehead, like the Queen. At most, he can attempt to guide Congress in their endeavors. But that is it. It's the lawmakers in Congress that are the real change in government.

I don't think I could disagree with that entire statement more.

Who would you rather have if the President was unable to perform the job?

    Pretty clear choice to me.

If something were to happen that incapacitated the President, I'd want a jester to cheer me up because something horrific has happened.
