Now the media needs to shut the fuck up and not try to get "interesting" and "juicy" headline worthy info. If they do they will run the risk of blowing this case apart.

Not a legal expert, but since he's a minor and his name was released, wouldn't a release have to come from a parent? I can't remember ever seeing a minor's name release this early in an investigation.

I know because they stopped at my friend and neighbor's house yesterday evening and asked if they could search his house and take a DNA sample because he matched a description of the perp.

He let them do both.

Screw that, this blows me away why people have given up their rights. I am all for finding the killer, but I am not going to let my house be searched or my DNA be ran without just cause.

These people think they're DNA records will now just be tossed because they found the killer, yea right.

Yea my MIL house got searched a couple days back, guess this pecker lived about 8 houses down.

Again, why did she let them search her house?
