Just saw a WW2 plane flying above my house this PM. It was a Navy bird for sure, but I am not sure if it was a hellcat or bearcat. Anybody knows?

I'd betcha it was Joe Thibodeau's Hawker Sea Fury. He flies it a lot, and it goes like a bat out of hell. Quib gets some incredible photos, and he's lucky enough to get access to these beautiful birds.

There is a yellow and aluminum Navy trainer that flies out of Lafayette. I believe it is an AT 6

Hellcat! I forgot the difference in the tail for the bearcat.

I saw a big ass cargo plane headed south then break east over Englewood/Littleton yesterday around 3pm. Not related but cool to watch anyway
