I see that shit every once and awhile, I am resource coordinator for (unnamed) county for adult waiver services for those with developmental or intellectual disabilities.....90% of the time I work with those that definitely needs help and assistance, they don't ask for much other than the basics......................

..........then there is the 10%, mostly family that takes care of said person or said person lives with them and they ask for some pretty interesting things to get Medicaid Waiver to pay for.................. unfortunately cant really give details about anything, but imagine that guy in the video taking care of a family member that is on my caseload and you get the picture.

I noticed that and was pretty disappointing that the judge let her emotions taint her court room ruling. The girl could have had a legitimate case against that guy. Here is how. If she and that idiot got a house together and he agreed to pay half the rent. What happens when he does not. Perhaps the girl did not have the money to cover the mooch. She then gets thrown out and the landlord sues her for back rent. She then sues the guy to get the money that he was supposed to use for rent. So she may not be as worthless as he is. We will never know because the judge lost her head.

Ok...so if he and her got a place to live and he had signed the rent then it is his responsibility to pay rent. If his name is not on the lease then he has no responsibility to pay the rent there. If his name isn't on the lease then he shouldn't be there, period. If she couldn't pay the rent by herself then she shouldn't have rented that place, period. If the landlord was suing the lease holder and its just her name and his is not then too bad for her.
